Pet Policy

We understand that pets are family, which is why we're a pet-friendly community. To ensure a harmonious environment for all residents, we require a pet deposit of $250.00, along with a pet fee of $250.00 (totaling $500.00). Of the total, $250.00 is refundable.  

If you have any questions or need clarification on our pet policy, please don't hesitate to reach out to our leasing office. 

While we embrace a wide variety of pets, it's important to note that certain breeds are considered to have aggressive tendencies. While this list is not exhaustive, it includes breeds such as Alaskan Malamutes, Boxers, Bull Terriers, Chow Chows, Dalmatians, Dobermans, German Shepherds, Huskies, Presa Canarios, Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, and Wolf Hybrids. If you own a pet of one of these breeds, please discuss your situation with our leasing office. 

For residents requiring service or assistance animals, we want to ensure that your needs are met without unnecessary restrictions. Service/Assistance animals are exempt from breed, type, number, weight, pet rule, or deposit limitations. However, a completed Pet Addendum and proper documentation from a health care professional, as well as vaccination records, must be provided prior to bringing the animal into the dwelling. Violations of these policies will result in fines as outlined in the TAA Lease Contract and/or AHM Rules.
